Workshop and Coaching Session Refund Policy

Workshops and coaching sessions purchased online are not eligible for refunds. A flexible scheduling link will be provided after your purchase, and you can select a date and time that works for you. 

Workshops and Coaching Session Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule any one-on-one workshop or coaching session within 24 hours of your scheduled session time. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.

Website Project Refund Policy

Website projects will have specific payment terms, including payment plans, that are determined in the contract phase of the project. Your contract will spell out the specific terms for cancellation and how the remaining fees and/ or balance will be handled.
